# Google Ads Overview

You can create basic Google AdWords Search and Display campaigns inside of Eventbrite Boost.

Google search & display campaigns are great for any Eventbrite promoter who is:

1. Advertising an activity-related event that people are commonly searching for (i.e. Cooking classes near me, yoga classes Los Angeles, etc.)
2. You're competing with secondary ticketing markets for your Events and need to make sure your listing appears first in the search results.

If you're working with limited marketing budgets, you'll probably see better results with Facebook & Instagram ads as Google can be a bit more expensive!
