How To Make Changes To Your Plan

Upgrading:

If you are on a free account and/or trial, all you need to do is find your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Eventbrite Boost account, and click the “Upgrade Profile” button.

You may then select the plan of your choice, fill out your personal information (if applicable), and hit “upgrade plan.”

If you are on an existing plan and wish to upgrade to a higher subscription level, you will want to go to https://boost.eventbrite.com/settings/billing and select “upgrade” on the profile you wish to upgrade. Please note subscriptions are on a per-profile basis.

Downgrading:

To downgrade your subscription, you can head to https://boost.eventbrite.com/settings/billing and select the profile you wish to adjust. From there you can select a plan-type that suits you, and your monthly billing will adjust accordingly. As with upgrades, please note subscriptions are on a per-profile basis. If you wish to downgrade multiple profiles, you will need to select each profile individually.

Canceling:

If you would like to cancel your paid subscription but stay on a free plan, please go to https://boost.eventbrite.com/settings/billing and select “Cancel Plan.”

This will keep your account information but switch you over to a free account, effectively pausing any campaigns or features used that are only available for paid subscribers.

Delete Account:

If you wish to delete your admin account entirely, you may go to https://boost.eventbrite.com/settings/advanced and select the “Delete Admin Account” option.

Please be aware that this action permanently deletes all of your content, information, and campaigns. You will be forgotten on Eventbrite Boost.

b. Cancelling Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. To cancel, you can either (i) email us at support@toneden.io and follow any instructions, if any, we provide to you in response to your cancellation request, or (ii) initiate a cancellation through your Account settings within the Services. You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then current Subscription period. If you cancel, we will allow you to access the Select Services until the most recently paid-up Subscription period ends, and then will terminate your access to the Select Services. Cancelling your Subscription won’t cancel your Account. See the “Termination” section below for information on terminating your Account.
