FAQ
What if I want to try before I buy?
No problem! You can try all our features on a free 14-day trial, during which you will have access to everything available for Core-level subscribers. You will not be charged automatically at the end of the 14-day period (your account & campaigns will just be paused).
Please note – the daily email send limit remains at 250 emails/day while on trial. If you would like to send more emails than 250 daily, please upgrade to a paid plan.
What's a profile vs. account?
On Eventbrite Boost, you can create multiple profiles for the brands that you manage. For example, you can have a separate profile for "Nike" and "Adidas," each with its own campaigns you create and run. Both the “Nike” and “Adidas” profiles will be accessible via the overarching account associated with you and your login details. Pricing on Eventbrite Boost is per profile.
Does the Eventbrite Boost plan cover what I'm spending for my ads?
No. Your spend on ads is connected to your Facebook ad account. The cost of the subscription is separate from the amount you choose to spend on your campaigns.
You can check your billing profile in Facebook Ads Manager (payment info attached, etc) here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/account_settings/account_billing
Can multiple people on my team access my accounts?
Yes! We have team accounts that allow you to invite people and give them specific kinds of access to the accounts you manage. This eliminates password sharing and promotes easy collaboration.

Any existing campaigns you have running will remain active; however, if you try to launch new Instagram Growth or Automated Multi-Event Ad campaigns, you will be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan.

Ability to launch social media ads on Facebook & Instagram in just a few clicks
Targeting recommendations to reach people that are most likely to attend your events
