How much does Eventbrite Boost cost, and what is included in each plan?

Pricing & Plans

The most popular plans are the $15/month Lite plan and $50/month Core plan.

The $15/month Lite plan is best for those looking to use our email marketing tools, while the $50/month Core plan is best for those who have the budget to advertise on Facebook and Instagram.

If you subscribe, you pay a monthly subscription fee to Eventbrite Boost that will continue until you cancel it!

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes! Generally you can save 20% off your entire subscription if you commit to an annual plan. For example, a year long subscription to the Core plan that would cost you $600, could cost you $480 if you pay up front!

Why is Facebook billing me for running ads?

For ad spend, you pay Facebook directly via your ad account, just as you would if you were running ads directly on Facebook.

The free trial means it's free to use the EB Boost platform, but you still always pay for all ad spend directly through your Facebook ad account. This is always the case whether you are trialing or subscribed!

How much is it to use the Growth Playbooks?

The Instagram Growth Playbook as well as other Growth Playbooks are included in all our paid plans! You need to either have a subscription for the Lite ($15/mo), Core ($50/mo), or Pro ($100/mo) plans to use this feature.

If you want to try this out, every user can start a trial to give any of the Playbooks a go.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to https://www.eb.toneden.io/settings/billing and clicking "Cancel."

Can I receive a refund?

We have a no-refund policy that can be found in our terms of service here.

Please review the section below:

Cancelling Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. To cancel, you can either (i) email us at boost@eventbrite.com and follow any instructions, if any, we provide to you in response to your cancellation request, or (ii) initiate a cancellation through your Account settings within the Services. You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then current Subscription period. If you cancel, we will allow you to access the Select Services until the most recently paid-up Subscription period ends, and then will terminate your access to the Select Services. Cancelling your Subscription won’t cancel your Account. See the β€œTermination” section below for information on terminating your Account.

Can I restart my subscription after canceling it?

Yes! You can always cancel your subscription, and all your past campaigns will remain in your account until you decide to log back in and renew your subscription in the billing section here: https://www.eventbrite.com/organizations/marketing/settings/billing
